Cheryl Wilson - President
Cheryl wilson has over 17 years of experience in the mineral resource industry and a wide range of management experience in banking, law, marketing and corporate development. She has vast experience on the Oregon Mineral Sands Project where she has been responsible for the overall management and operations. Although Cheryl left Coos County after graduation from Marshfield High, she has been the driving force behind ORC as a means to help rejuvenate her home community.
Dan Smith - COO 
Dan Smith has over 20 years experience in the resources industry including exploration, project management, geology and project engineering. He has considerable experience in the mineral resource industry with Iluka Resources Inc., Hanson Aggregates and Western Mining Corporation.
Joseph Drew - Director of Geology 
Joseph Drew is a mine and exploration geologist with proven success on industrial mineral projects (DuPont and Iluka). He is experienced with many aspects of developing a resource for production. Joseph is experienced in all aspects required for the determination of geologic zonation of deposits for metallurgical study.
Todd Lessard - Director of Production & Process Engineering 
Todd Lessard has over 13 years of operational experience including production management, supervision of maintenance, process/project engineering in mining/reclamation operations, physical separations and bulk & packaged storage and delivery. Todd is well-versed in Environmental (Solid Waste Minimization, Surface Water & Groundwater and Title V Air) and Quality System (ISO/QS9000) requirements and compliance.
George Gabriel – CFO 
George Gabriel has broad experience as a Financial Manager and Controller for various entities including manufacturing, distribution and natural resources. George has founded a successful building products distribution company and participated in the start up and financing of mineral exploration and natural resource development companies.
Jim Dingman – Director of Marketing & Sales
Jim Dingman has over 25 years of experience in the resources industry. He has an extensive sales and marketing background focusing on market research for chromite, gold and ferrochrome projects. In the mid-90’s, Jim worked as a consultant on the feasibility of developing the Oregon Mineral Sands Project.
ORC is wholly-owned by Industrial Minerals Corporation, an Australian company devoted to exploring and financing the development of mineral resources.
Philip Garratt - CEO
Philip Garratt has over 25 years of experience at senior management levels in diverse enterprises. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the predecessor company, Resource Finance and Investment, until he resigned in 1993. During his tenure, he commenced the Oregon project and Kentucky Zinc project as well as the precious metal exploration subsidiary in Venezuela. Mr. Garratt rejoined the Company in July 2004.
Steven Blacklock - CFO
Steve Blacklock is a chartered accountant with 18 years of senior management experience for companies reporting in Canada and the United States. Steve has a broad base of experience including strategic planning, operations, internal and external financial reporting, equity and debt financing, regulatory compliance and risk management and tax compliance. He was the Chief Financial Officer of the predecessor company, Resource Finance and Investment, until he resigned in 1993. Mr. Blacklock just rejoined the project.
